If you have suffered a loss, or just want to start a yoga practice, I am your person! Hi, I am Erin, a passionate Yoga teacher. I have been practicing and teaching since 2009. My offerings include in-person yoga and online classes paid, free on You tube and live. As a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, I teach Beginners and Grievers.
I offer classes that are trauma-informed and are gentle and mindful.
Yoga details
A Trauma informed heavenly class that is slow, meditative, allowing the body to open and become more flexible. We will be using props. Please bring a blanket, bolster or cushion and a block(s). Yoga helps with
- Improves concentration, focus, attention, and interoceptive awareness.
- Reduces anxiety, and anger.
- Reduces the impact of exaggerated stress responses (fight, flight or freeze)
- Provides emotional regulation techniques.
- Assists with relaxation, sleep, and mood.
