As a YTT-500 certified yoga teacher trained in trauma-aware, grief-sensitive, and accessible practices, I work with women who long to reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their confidence, and feel grounded again. Women who want to soften the overwhelm, ease tension, calm anxiety, and begin the slow, meaningful process of falling in love with themselves — maybe for the first time.
Yoga has been the bridge for so many women I work with, and it was the bridge for me too. Not the kind of yoga that pushes or performs, but the kind that meets you exactly where you are. You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to be in a certain shape, size, mood, or mindset. You simply need a willingness to show up as you are.

Hi, I’m Erin.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2018.
I help women in menopause, empty nest, and their Second Spring reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and feel anchored, supported, and emotionally steady again.
My classes are gentle, trauma-aware, and built for the real challenges women face in midlife — not the fantasy version of yoga.
